The payment made for the initial draft, design concept, mockup, or prototype is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cancellation, change of mind, dissatisfaction with the initial concept, change in project requirements, decision to use another service provider, or failure to proceed with the remaining project.
Once payment is made and work has commenced, the payment is considered allocated toward the professional time, resources, planning, and creative work required to prepare the initial draft.
Payments for project milestones or services that have already commenced or been completed are generally non-refundable. If a client cancels a project after work has started, the client remains responsible for payment for work completed, approved milestones, committed resources, and any applicable third-party costs.
Requests outside the agreed project scope may require additional fees and are not refundable once the additional work has commenced.
Any refund request must be submitted in writing to The Novatek. Refunds, where applicable, will be reviewed according to the applicable proposal, quotation, agreement, and this Refund Policy.
Nothing in this policy changes the fact that the initial draft payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
